By using our Websites you agree to these Terms, which we may change at any time without notice. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of the content; your use is at your own risk. We may make improvements or changes at any time. You are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect; no waiver of any term shall be deemed a continuing waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement, are non-assignable by you, and bind successors. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, and the courts located in Sacramento County, California shall have jurisdiction. All intellectual property is owned by the Company; unauthorized use is prohibited. Third-party links are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FROM VIRUSES, “TROJAN HORSES,” “WORMS,” OR “TIME BOMBS,” OR FROM ANY SERVICE DEFICIENCY, ERROR, OR INTERRUPTION.
Limitation of Claims
Any action arising out of or related to these Terms must be filed by the user within one (1) year following the date the claim first accrued, or it shall be deemed waived.
The Sale of Alcoholic Beverages
Legal Requirements. You affirm that you are at least 21 years of age. We do not sell to anyone under 21. A signature of a person 21 or older is required upon delivery. Products are for personal consumption and not for resale. Pursuant to the Communications Decency Act of 1996, parental-control protections are commercially available to assist in limiting access to material harmful to minors.
Errors and Omissions. Prices, sizes, and quantities may on occasion be listed incorrectly; the Company is held harmless for such errors.

Drink Responsibly. We are committed to the responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages.
